Not happy with your purchase? No problem! We will take care of you until you are fully satisfied. Just like you, we at Pinoy Louisville wanted to be treated fairly and with respect. So if you bought a grocery item from us within 14 days and still sealed and want to return it, we will refund you at a full price no questions asked. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are problems and we will try to work with you to resolve the issue fast.
Cooked and ready to eat items are non refundable and exchangeable.
Cakes, Puto, and Ulam are non refundable or exchangeable. This is because they are perishable and we cannot resell them for health and safety reasons. We guarantee you that all our food products are clean and freshly made when you order. If you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the issue, we are flexible.
We offer a $10.00 flat rate delivery fee for a minimum purchase of $1.
We offer Same Day Delivery for online orders of Grocery items made before 5PM EST. Our Flat Rate Delivery only covers some Zip Codes inside Jefferson County that is within 10 miles of our home base. Please check the list below to see if you can qualify.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact time we deliver the goods to your place, but we try our best effort to get it to you at the same day when you order it. Please allow considerations like weather conditions, traffic and other technical issues that may arise that can result in delay of the delivery of goods. If for some unavoidable reasons comes that we cannot deliver your orders on the same day, we will call you in order to arrange another delivery attempt.
Are Cooked and Ready to Eat Items not included in Home Delivery Option?

Since we cannot reliably determine our arrival window before your dinner time starts because of many factors such as traffic, weather, and order volume. We prefer you pickup your ready to eat food orders at our local store so you can have it ready before your dinner time and enjoy it with your friends and family.
However, if you leave us a note telling us to deliver it to you regardless of the delivery time as long as it arrives on the same day, then we will gladly deliver it to you.
What happens if no one is around to receive the merchandise?
When we get to your residence/address and no one is around to receive the merchandise. We will attempt to contact you by phone and we will leave a message if you cannot answer. We will only leave the goods in the front door if the amount of the goods is less than $30.00 and when we feel that it is safe to do so. For orders that are more than $30.00, please leave us a note when you place your order if you want us to leave the merchandise to your front/main door if no one is around to receive the goods. Otherwise we will return your orders back to our store and we will call you the next day to arrange another delivery attempt. The $5.00 delivery fee is non refundable after this point but we will still however try to deliver it to you for FREE on the 2nd attempt and we will appreciate a “tip” of any amount just to cover the logistics of bringing your orders to you. On the 3rd attempt and we still unsuccessfully deliver the merchandise to you, we will cancel your order and give you your full refund excluding the $5.00 delivery fee. Please note that food items that are perishable are non refundable.
We also offer Local Pickup for buyers who wants to get their order themselves. Our local business is open 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm EST. If possible please call us ahead of time before coming to pickup your orders. Our address is:

Credit Card Payments
One of our Payment options is through Credit Cards which is processed by Clover, PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your Credit Card information in our Servers. When you opt to pay us using your credit card, our website will redirect you to PayPal or Stripe portal(depending on which one you choose on checkout) in order to complete the transaction. If you have PayPal account, please choose the PayPal option and enter your Username and Password when redirected to PayPal login page and complete the checkout process. Alternatively, you can enter your Credit Card numbers using Stripe payment option and you will also be redirected to Stripe in order to complete the checkout process.

This technology prevents other party from reading the transaction between your device and our Web Servers. So be confident that your transaction with our website is safe and secure.
